LogisticsBC is proud to announce an exclusive behind-the-scenes facility tour of the Skechers Canadian Distribution Centre in Surrey, BC!

This is a fantastic opportunity for LogisticsBC members to step inside one of the region’s major distribution facilities and gain firsthand insight into modern warehousing, distribution, shipping, receiving, and supply-chain operations.

About Skechers

Founded in Southern California in 1992, Skechers has grown from its beginnings in footwear into a globally recognized lifestyle and performance brand known for comfort, innovation, quality, and style.

During this exclusive LogisticsBC tour, members will have the opportunity to explore Skechers’ first Canadian distribution centre in Surrey. Public records describe the facility as approximately 450,000 square feet over 400,000 square feet of warehouse and operational space with dedicated shipping and receiving infrastructure.

For logistics and supply-chain professionals, this is an exciting opportunity to see a large-scale distribution operation firsthand and learn more about the infrastructure and processes supporting a major international brand.

Safety & Visitor Requirements

For the safety of all attendees and in accordance with instructions provided by the Skechers Operations Manager, PPE is mandatory and must be brought by each attendee.

• Steel-toe safety boots are required.
• High-visibility safety vests are required.
• All visitors must sign in at the main office upon arrival.
• Photos and videos are not permitted of people, processes, products, or other areas of the facility and operations unless specifically authorized by Skechers.
• Attendees are expected to follow all Skechers safety and facility instructions throughout the tour.

Please note: Attendees who do not have the required PPE may not be able to participate in the facility tour.
